Ready to lead one of Cork’s most vibrant leisure and wellbeing destinations? The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork is seeking an experienced and energetic Leisure Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Leisure Club, elevate member experience, and drive commercial success within one of the region’s leading hotel leisure facilities. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the future of our leisure offering—delivering exceptional service to hotel guests and club members, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring our facilities continue to exceed the standards expected of the Radisson Blu brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Radisson Blu Cork Leisure Club, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality environment at all times
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue through strong sales initiatives and local marketing
  • Manage budgets, payroll, and departmental costs in line with hotel and group standards
  • Ensure plant, equipment, and facilities are maintained to Radisson Blu brand expectations
  • Deliver monthly commercial targets while consistently enhancing member value
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of fitness, sales, and member experience professionals
  • Create a performance-driven culture that aligns with Radisson Blu values of genuine hospitality and outstanding service
  • Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive, energetic work environment
  • Build a strong sense of community where members feel they truly belong
  • Ensure every guest and member receives a warm Radisson Blu welcome and a consistently exceptional experience
  • Champion service excellence across all touchpoints of the Leisure Club
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, and Security standards in line with hotel and Radisson Blu policies

Requirements

  • Third-level qualification in Fitness, Sports, or Leisure Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Leisure Club Management
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets and leading teams to success
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, revenue, and cost management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
