Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection is now looking for a highly motivated Leisure Centre Attendant & Swim Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests & leisure club members have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our on-site facilities and receive the highest standard of service.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with accessing the leisure centre
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Monitoring and replenishing pool supplies and towels
  • Providing basic equipment rentals
  • Answering guest queries and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Following all health and safety regulations
  • Provide swimming lessons to the highest standard

Requirements

  • Have a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Are a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Have a strong focus on health and safety procedures
  • Swim Teacher Level 1 / Level 2 qualification (Water Safety Ireland / Swim Ireland)
  • Flexible with working hours including days, evenings & weekends
  • Previous experience desirable

  • Observe and report learner progress and behaviour to the Swimming Teacher
  • To assist with the emergency evacuation of the pool, as directed by the Swimming Teacher, for example in the event of a fire alarm activation
