Leisure Attendant

• Ensure the reception area, gym, pool and changing areas are kept clean and well maintained
• Ensure that due diligence checks including pool monitoring are carried out
• Ensure the Leisure Club areas, with particular focus on the changing rooms and pool side areas are well presented at all times
• Carry out pool tests and perform operational duties in plant room as trained
• Ensure that the Leisure guest experience is continued through all areas including the changing areas and gym
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of changing areas up to standard
• Carry out cleaning tasks in all areas as per checklist
• Assisting the team with guests if business levels dictate
• Identify and report hazards or defects to Leisure Club Supervisor or Manager
• Complete opening and closing procedures within the pool and gym area as per the daily checklist
• Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Fire, Hygiene and Health & Safety

• Can deliver excellent standards
• Uses initiative
• Experience of working within a customer facing role or similar
• Has a customer service attitude
• Has the ability to multi-task and provides excellent attention to detail
• Holds a genuine desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
