An approachable and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant wanted to provide the warmest of welcomes. We're looking for a friendly and dedicated Leisure Assistant to join our team, working in a busy and vibrant spa. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests while maintaining standards across our spa facilities. You will be a welcoming presence for every visitor, supporting a relaxed and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and general operation of the facility by supervising activities, maintaining equipment, cleaning various areas like pools and changing rooms
  • Support general leisure centre operations, including guest queries and basic equipment assistance
  • Follow all hotel and leisure centre health & safety protocols
  • Carry out additional leisure duties as required ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
