Leisure Assistant & Personal Trainer - Eastwood Hall, Nottingham | Full-Time / Permanent. Join the team at Eastwood Hall and play a key role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests. You’ll support the Leisure Club Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our community coming back.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the smooth running of the club and day-to-day departmental duties
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the club
  • Uphold all Health & Safety policies
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Conduct gym inductions for new and existing members (where qualified)
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certifications (in-house qualifications also available)
  • High level of fitness and a passion for health and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competent in IT and booking systems
  • Previous experience in a fitness or leisure environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong team player and confident working independently
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional at all times
  • Proactive, flexible, and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use initiative
