An internship opportunity in the Dispute Resolution team. The trainee will be fully integrated into the team and involved in matters under the supervision of the lawyers. The team deals with a variety of topics such as civil liability, leases, banking law, business transfers, shareholder disputes, restructurings and dismissals.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting legal and documentary research
Participating in the review and analysis of cases
Assisting with the drafting of legal documents
Participating in client relations
Attending court hearings
May be required to work with other departments of the firm on cross-departmental matters
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a lawyers’ training program (PPI) or hold a postgraduate degree in judicial careers or in business/commercial law (such as a Master’s degree, a DJCE, or a degree from a business school)
Interest in Luxembourg contract law, commercial and corporate law, labour law and real estate law
French and English language skills are essential (written and spoken)
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Open-minded, autonomous, flexible and able to work in an active and well-organised manner in a dynamic and demanding environment
