Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Trainee for the Tax department as part of a six-month internship, with an international mind-set, strong commitment and creativity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being involved in a wide variety of corporate tax, M&A, alternative investment fund, and private equity/real estate operations and structuring solutions, as well as private wealth and individual taxation matters
  • Coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice as to assist institutions and multinational organisations and family offices with their cross-border business operations
  • Initiating, building and maintaining effective client relationships, delivering excellent client service
  • Working closely with the tax team and providing ongoing tax advisory support to lawyers/partners in advising domestic and international clients on diversified legal and tax matters in the above domains

Requirements:

  • Currently completing a Master's degree in Business and/or Tax Law (basic accounting skills would be plus) or an EU Bar professional qualification (Bar school)
  • Autonomous, dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with the MS Office suite and not afraid of Excel spreadsheets
  • Perfect command of both written and spoken French and English

Nice to have:

  • Basic accounting skills
  • Any other language
