A leading independent London law firm with a high-profile international client base is seeking two Legal Technology & Innovation Managers to join its established Legal Technology function. This is a senior, high-impact role within a firm that is investing heavily in AI, automation and digital transformation to enhance legal service delivery and client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Operate at a senior level with responsibility for the implementation, adoption and management of a broad range of legal technologies across internal and client-facing contexts
Work closely with practice groups to identify opportunities for innovation
Develop, prototype and roll out new technology-enabled solutions
Lead internal legal tech projects from scoping through implementation
Drive adoption and engagement across the firm
Engage directly with clients on technology-enabled service delivery
Horizon scan the legal technology market and assess new tools
Supervise and develop junior team members
Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Legal Technology function
Requirements:
Qualified lawyers with relevant PQE or experienced legal technology professionals (minimum c.5+ years’ experience) who have worked closely with partners and senior stakeholders in a law firm or comparable professional services environment
Experience implementing and managing AI and generative AI tools
Experience with document automation, collaboration platforms and workflow systems
Exposure to tools such as Harvey, Microsoft Copilot, Kira, HighQ, Contract Express, Bryter, Neota Logic, Power Platform or similar
