  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: Intake → sourcing → interview → offer → onboarding
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, pre-vetted legal talent

  • Track hiring trends across Texas legal markets (Dallas, Houston, Austin)
  • Provide clients with insights on: Compensation benchmarks
  • Talent availability
  • Hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives (e.g., salary surveys, client presentations)
  • Collaborate with project managers on large-scale staffing engagements
  • Ensure compliance with client protocols, billing structures, and engagement terms
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in: Legal recruiting, staffing, or workforce solutions (preferred) OR legal industry experience (paralegal, JD, legal ops) with interest in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of: Law firm and/or in-house legal environments
  • Legal practice areas (litigation, corporate, compliance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive

What we offer

  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Hybrid flexibility
