We are seeking a high-performing Legal Talent Consultant to join our growing Dallas team. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, client advisory, and solutions delivery, supporting law firms and corporate legal departments across Texas. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients-helping them solve complex legal resourcing challenges through direct hire placements, contract staffing, and managed solutions (including eDiscovery, contract lifecycle support, and compliance initiatives). The ideal candidate understands the legal market, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results.

Job Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and place legal professionals, including: Attorneys (contract and permanent)
  • Paralegals and litigation support professionals
  • Compliance and legal operations specialists
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: Intake → sourcing → interview → offer → onboarding
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, pre-vetted legal talent
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and long-term engagement
  • Track hiring trends across Texas legal markets (Dallas, Houston, Austin)
  • Provide clients with insights on: Compensation benchmarks

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in: Legal recruiting, staffing, or workforce solutions (preferred) OR legal industry experience (paralegal, JD, legal ops) with interest in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of: Law firm and/or in-house legal environments
  • Legal practice areas (litigation, corporate, compliance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
