In this role, you will support and secure the legal aspects of the business and operations, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will help balance business ambitions with legal compliance and long-term sustainability.
Job Responsibility:
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents
Support business stakeholders with legal advice to manage risks and identify opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and sustainable business solutions
Contribute to the implementation of legal processes, frameworks, and ways of working
Stay up to date with legal developments and ensure their application in the business
Support competence development by sharing knowledge and educating stakeholders on legal topics
Be a key partner to the business, ensuring that legal aspects are well understood and integrated into decision-making
Requirements:
University degree in law obtained in Hungary
More than 5 years of postgraduate work experience in legal environment in Hungary
Strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate matters, labor law and legal compliance (especially GDPR)
Confident reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements
Understand how to translate legal topics into clear and practical guidance for the business
Comfortable working in a complex and fast-changing environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy building relationships across the organisation
Structured, analytical, and able to handle ambiguity
Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hungarian
Nice to have:
Bar exams are an advantage
