Job Description:

Our client are a specialist debt recovery law firm seeking a skilled Legal Software Developer to design and build a bespoke case management system from the ground up. This is a greenfield project with full ownership and high impact.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with firm leadership to map legal workflows
Build a custom case management system tailored to debt recovery law
Integrate with key tools (e.g., CRM, payment systems, court platforms, transcript systems)
Ensure data security and compliance
Provide ongoing support and improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience building legal or workflow-based software
Strong development skills and understanding of system architecture
Knowledge of legal operations or debt recovery is a bonus
Independent, solution-oriented, and clear communicator
