Are you a Legal Secretary with a passion for Family Law, or are you a seasoned Legal Secretary looking for a new area of law? Join our dynamic and supportive team at a specialist leading firm in Bristol! This role will suit an already experienced Legal Secretary who has a passion for Family Law, or someone who would like to try a new area of law!

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing full secretarial support to our Private Client team
  • Managing client communication with professionalism and empathy
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary management, arranging meetings & keeping everything running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous extensive experience in a Legal Secretary role (minimum of 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player spirit
