Job Description:

Our client based in Windsor is looking for a Legal Secretary with a passion for detail and proficiency in supporting legal teams across Family Law, Conveyancing, and Private Client matters. Located conveniently near Windsor and Eton Central train station, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside seasoned professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in Family Law, Conveyancing, and Private Client matters
Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely responses
Open, maintain, and close client files in accordance with compliance procedures
Liaise with clients, courts, estate agents, and other third parties
Assist with billing, time recording, and file management
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and firm policies at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
