Legal Secretary

• Produce accurate and timely documents and correspondence via audio dictation
• Maintain comprehensive and organised client administration files
• Assistance with Reception duties including meeting and greeting clients, and arranging meeting room bookings
• Assisting a busy team of three fee earners in their day-to-day work
• Providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service
• Frequent liaison with clients and third parties by telephone and in person

• Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a private client setting
• Strong secretarial and administrative skills
• Proficiency in audio transcription and fast, accurate typing
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A friendly and professional demeanour
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
• Familiarity with case management systems
