Our client is a well-established and highly respected law firm in Surrey, known for their warm, friendly culture and long-standing reputation. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their small, supportive team in Cranleigh.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting three fee earners with secretarial and administrative tasks
Producing accurate documents and correspondence via audio dictation
Maintaining well-organised client files and records
Assisting with reception duties including greeting clients and managing meeting room bookings
Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person, delivering excellent service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal support role
Strong typing and audio transcription skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
