Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Bath Office.

Job Responsibility:

Providing all round secretarial support
Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
Diary management
Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
Maintaining filing and record systems
Providing secretarial support to a team of 6 in our Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams
A small amount of reception work, greeting clients, taking copies of ID and general office maintenance

Requirements:

The ability to work under pressure
Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
Excellent typing skills
Fantastic IT literacy
