We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our Legal team based in the Isle of Man. This is a key support role, responsible for providing a high standard of administrative and secretarial assistance to the in-house legal function. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and a professional, discreet approach to their work.
Job Responsibility:
Producing and formatting legal documentation, letters and contracts
Managing diaries, organising meetings, and coordinating travel where required
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including confidential materials
Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems
Supporting legal and regulatory filings and general document control processes
Liaising with external solicitors, government bodies and internal departments
Carrying out general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing
Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar support role
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong communication skills and a calm, methodical approach to work
