Job Responsibility:
Typing letters and file notes
Organising and maintaining files
Drafting Wills from dictation
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Supporting reception when needed
Providing general administrative support to solicitors
Requirements:
Previous experience in a solicitor's office
Strong secretarial or PA background
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
Experience in Private Client work (bonus, not essential)
