Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring accurate and efficient filing systems
Prepare and draft documents using pre-existing templates, adhering to legal standards
Assist with court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage client relations by responding to inquiries and maintaining clear and attentive communication
Coordinate and prioritize tasks to support smooth operations within the legal team
Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and reduce workflow bottlenecks
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of work
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal or administrative support role
Proficiency in data entry and document preparation using templates
Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal documentation standards
Strong organizational skills to manage files and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills for client relations and team collaboration
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and filings
