We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. This role is 90% audio typing, supporting our solicitors with efficient and accurate transcription of legal documents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Audio typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high accuracy and speed
Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks and document management
Handling confidential information with discretion
Liaising with clients and third parties professionally
Filing, photocopying, and general office duties as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing department
Fast and accurate audio typing skills (90% of the role)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
