Job Responsibility:
Assist attorneys with document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal correspondence, pleadings, and other materials
Manage and maintain attorneys’ calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule court dates, depositions, and client consultations
Perform e-filing in State and Federal court systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines
Maintain case files and organize both physical and electronic documentation for easy access and retrieval
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, court staff, and internal teams
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with legal case management software
Knowledge of legal filing procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
