Job Responsibility
Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling active matters
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Assist with court filings and service of documents, including California state and federal e‑filing
Track deadlines, manage calendars, and maintain accurate case files and records
Support discovery processes, including organizing documents and preparing basic discovery materials
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
Handle general legal administrative tasks such as file management, billing support, and client communication
Requirements
1+ year of litigation experience in a law firm or legal environment
Prior legal administrative or legal assistant experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with California court procedures and litigation deadlines
