Legal Secretary

• Prepare and manage high volumes of legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines for attorneys
• Maintain and update calendars to ensure efficient time management
• Assist attorneys by entering and tracking billable hours
• Organize and manage physical and electronic filing systems
• Handle court e-filing processes and ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Support trial preparation by gathering and organizing necessary materials
• Communicate effectively with clients, court representatives, and colleagues to facilitate legal operations

• At least 4 years of recent experience in legal support roles
• Proficiency in legal terminology and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with State and Federal court rules is preferred
• Expertise in e-filing and court filings
• Skilled in calendar management and scheduling
• Experience with dictation and transcription tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
