Our client, a highly reputable law firm based in Guildford, is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join their thriving Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Department. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting two fee earners, including those at partner level.
Job Responsibility:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support, including audio typing for the timely production of documents, letters, attendance notes, briefs, and bills
Managing diaries and ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently
Maintaining detailed and accurate client administration files, both in physical and electronic formats
Liaising with clients and third parties, delivering exceptional client service in every interaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce work that is both fast and accurate
Strong audio transcription skills and fast typing ability
Familiar using case management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
