Job Responsibility:
Prepare, review, and file legal documents and pleadings using electronic filing systems for state and federal courts
Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate court appearances to ensure all schedules are maintained
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic case files, including discovery materials and correspondence
Draft, proofread, and edit legal correspondence such as memos, letters, and other official documents
