Job Description:

Working to providing high level, comprehensive, administrative and secretarial support to our Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution Teams.

Job Responsibility:

General administration of files, to include, amongst other things
opening new files, input of data in to the database, filing
Preparation of documents and typing, both dictation and copy work
Interacting with clients and dealing with general enquiries by email or telephone, and making appropriate file notes
Transcription of digital dictation and copy work
Ensuring confidentiality and security of all matters dealt with
Maintain high professional standards, confidence and integrity
Such other tasks as the Firm may from time to time require

Requirements:

Legal secretary experience preferred
Appropriate keyboard skills
Attention to detail
Communicate effectively and courteously and convey information accurately
Work calmly and accurately under pressure
Prioritise tasks
Willingness and ability to learn new technology
Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
Pleasant, approachable and polite
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to work as a part of a team
Highly motivated
