Our client is a well-established law firm based in Surrey, renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional legal services within the Private Client sector. As a Legal Secretary you will be assisting a busy team of three fee earners in their day-to-day work by providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service. There will be frequent liaison with clients and third parties by telephone and in person which requires the delivery of exceptional client service.
Job Responsibility:
Produce accurate and timely documents and correspondence via audio dictation
Maintain comprehensive and organised client administration files
Assistance with Reception duties which will include meeting and greeting clients, and arranging meeting room bookings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a private client setting
Strong secretarial and administrative skills
Proficiency in audio transcription and fast, accurate typing
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A friendly and professional demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
Familiarity with case management systems
Previous experience in a similar legal environment
