Job Responsibility
Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing matters
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for legal professionals
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to clients and colleagues
Maintain and update case management systems with accurate and timely information
Perform thorough document reviews, ensuring all paperwork complies with legal standards
Assist with the preparation of contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation
Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external parties to ensure smooth case progression
Requirements
Previous experience in a legal secretarial role with a focus on conveyancing
Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and terminology
A professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality
