Our client is looking for an efficient and organised Legal Secretary to support with their fee earners and private clients.
Job Responsibility:
Assist Fee Earners in carrying out and completing their clients' instructions
Audio typing using digital dictation system and copy typing for all Fee Earners, as required
Carry out Local Authority and Land Registry searches as requested by the Fee Earner
Preparation of draft documents and correspondence for review by Fee Earner
Screen incoming telephone calls, deal with enquiries if possible and/or allocate to relevant staff member
Meet and Greet Clients calling into the office in person and deal with their enquiries as appropriate Arrange Meetings and Appointments with clients, as requested by Fee Earners
General team administration including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning
