Robert Half are looking for a dedicated Legal Sales Representative to join our client on a long term contract basis. This role is 100% remote. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. You will confidently present the firm’s legal services, conduct scheduled consultations by phone and video, and close high-value retainers with empathy and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help
Confidently present the firm’s legal services
Conduct scheduled consultations by phone and video
Close high-value retainers with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
Conducting scheduled consultations with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and occasional in-person meetings
Confidently presenting and closing high-value legal retainers
Clearly and persuasively explaining the firm’s legal services
Tracking leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
Meeting or exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance goals
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect records
Collaborating with attorneys and intake staff to support smooth client onboarding
Participating in weekly sales training, coaching, and performance reviews
Continuously improving performance through feedback, coaching, and metrics
Requirements:
2+ years of sales closing experience (Selling legal services is preferred)
Strong phone and video-based sales skills
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence when speaking with individuals in sensitive situations
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote, professional home-office environment
Experience using CRM systems and virtual communication tools
Competitive, coachable, and metrics-driven mindset
Ability to consistently manage a full day of calls and virtual meetings
