Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst Trainee to join our team. We are based in Colorado, so Mountain Time is preferred - but this role is Fully Remote. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations and provide accurate intelligence reports to support client decision-making. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position that requires active collaboration with team members during standard working hours.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth research on public records to gather information about individuals and entities
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to produce actionable insights
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise intelligence reports for client use
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Participate in daily training sessions led by senior analysts to enhance skills and performance
  • Apply feedback consistently to improve analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Utilize online research tools and systems proficiently to complete tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, data entry, or a related field
  • Proficiency with computer systems and online research tools
  • Tech savvy, with Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in investigative work
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Self-driven, motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a structured and team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a full 8-hour day during standard business hours
