Job Description:

We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our growing international team at Sonder Consultants. Whether you’re an experienced Recruitment Consultant (12+ months) or a qualified lawyer ready to explore a new career path, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also open to candidates currently based in the UK who are considering a relocation to Sydney, Australia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Headhunting top legal talent
  • Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships
  • Market mapping and research
  • Managing recruitment processes from first call to placement

Requirements:

  • 12+ months’ recruitment experience (legal preferred, but not essential) or a legal background
  • A Bachelor’s degree (LLB preferred)
  • High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a genuine drive to grow
