Job Description

Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Specialist to support legal recruiting efforts by coordinating end-to-end processes for various candidate-types.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact
  • Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics
  • Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system
  • Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm
  • Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and viRecruit is required
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
