Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Specialist to support legal recruiting efforts by coordinating end-to-end processes for various candidate-types.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact
Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics
Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system
Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm
Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired
A bachelor’s degree is required
Proficiency in MS Office products and viRecruit is required
Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills
Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
