Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative and operational support to the staff recruiting team
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
Liaise with external recruiting partners and search firms
Draft and prepare offer letters and related documentation
Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting data management
Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn research and candidate outreach as needed
Contribute to team projects and provide general administrative support
Requirements
Prior recruiting coordination or administrative experience required
Law firm experience strongly preferred
Experience with scheduling and candidate communication
LinkedIn sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and supporting recruiting efforts
Ability to work independently in a professional environment
