Job Description

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the staff recruiting team
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
  • Liaise with external recruiting partners and search firms
  • Draft and prepare offer letters and related documentation
  • Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting data management
  • Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn research and candidate outreach as needed
  • Contribute to team projects and provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting coordination or administrative experience required
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with scheduling and candidate communication
  • LinkedIn sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and supporting recruiting efforts
  • Ability to work independently in a professional environment
