Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant for a three-month contract coverage.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in coordinating interviews
  • Support the Director of Attorney Recruiting on an administrative basis
  • Assist with summer associate recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Must be comfortable commuting to the office four times a week and hybrid one
  • Must be available to work overtime on an as needed basis
  • Must possess proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Must apply with a Word version of their resume
