Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant for a three-month contract coverage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in coordinating interviews
  • Support the Director of Attorney Recruiting on an administrative basis
  • Assist with summer associate recruiting efforts

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable commuting to the office four times a week and hybrid one
  • Available to work overtime on an as needed basis
