We are looking for an experienced and proactive Legal Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is onsite in Richardson, TX, and offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for legal support, paralegal, and attorney positions. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, interviewing, and building strong talent pipelines while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify strong talent
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming roles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand position requirements and hiring priorities
Assist with reference checks, offer support, and onboarding coordination as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (legal recruiting experience is highly preferred, but not required)
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major recruiting platforms
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
