Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join their team for a 2–3 month temporary assignment. If you have at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity. Legal industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates with relevant experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand position requirements and hiring priorities
  • Oversee recruiting activities and ensure accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
  • Assist in coordinating reference checks, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other major platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
