Robert Half is partnered with law firm in North Dallas seeking a reliable and professional Legal Receptionist to join their front office team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth and courteous daily operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Answer and route calls promptly
  • manage voicemail, messages, and scheduling requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s ethical standards during all interactions
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and document organization
  • Coordinate conference rooms and meeting logistics
  • Monitor supplies and assist with front office maintenance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a professional office environment
