Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for the legal sector and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Legal Practice Manager who thrives in a small and busy office, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a real impact. Job Responsibility:

Team & Office Management: Diary coordination, office oversight, and keeping supplies in check
Client Liaison: Supporting onboarding, AML checks, and client communications
File & Case Management: Keeping everything organised and compliant
Finance & Legal Cashiering: Billing, budgeting, and credit control
Sales & Business Development: Collaborating with marketing, attending networking events
HR Support: Recruitment, contracts, inductions, and performance reviews
IT & Compliance: Liaising with IT providers, managing updates, and improving workflows

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role (legal sector preferred)
Sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
A self-starter with basic project management skills
A team player who's ready to grow and take initiative
