Job Responsibility:

  • Team & Office Management: Diary coordination, office oversight, and keeping supplies in check
  • Client Liaison: Supporting onboarding, AML checks, and client communications
  • File & Case Management: Keeping everything organised and compliant
  • Finance & Legal Cashiering: Billing, budgeting, and credit control
  • Sales & Business Development: Collaborating with marketing, attending networking events
  • HR Support: Recruitment, contracts, inductions, and performance reviews
  • IT & Compliance: Liaising with IT providers, managing updates, and improving workflows

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (legal sector preferred)
  • Sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure
