We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the adoption and rollout of AI tools, including coordinating demos, evaluations, pilots, and tracking feedback
Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to support legal technology enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Security, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure smooth integration of new tools
Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency
Track intake processes and workflow metrics to identify areas for improvement
Support matter management and e-billing tools by maintaining data hygiene and reporting
Manage structured workstreams and ensure adherence to governance processes
Coordinate stakeholder sessions and gather requirements for technology-driven projects
Monitor adoption rates and provide actionable insights to improve tool usage
Assist with legal operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements:
3–7+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Contract Operations, Compliance Operations, or related fields
Practical experience with AI tools, including workflow intake, pilot coordination, and adoption tracking
Proficiency in process documentation, such as SOPs, playbooks, and job aids
Familiarity with matter management or e-billing platforms like Ironclad, Icertis, or Agiloft
Strong project execution skills, including stakeholder coordination and documentation discipline
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Comfort working cross-functionally with IT, Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams
Experience in a regulated environment such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is preferred
