Job Description:

Legal Operations Processor supporting the Elder and Vulnerable Adult Financial Abuse Reporting team in Legal Services within the Chief Operating Office. Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks while collaborating with business partners and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external business partners
Negotiate with external business partners to assure resolutions and deadlines are met
Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks
Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment
Seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on business partners needs

Requirements:

2+ years of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to be creative, innovative, and proactive in meeting enterprise needs
Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees
Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization
Advanced collaboration and influencing skills
Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience consolidating large amounts of project status information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience analyzing statutes, working with rules and procedures, and processing filings within multiple jurisdictions
Financial services experience
Experience with Wells Fargo Elder and Vulnerable Adult Financial Abuse Reporting processes and procedures
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
Advanced Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools skills such as Hogan and Service Vision Platform (SVP)

Nice to have:

Financial services experience
Experience with Wells Fargo Elder and Vulnerable Adult Financial Abuse Reporting processes and procedures
