Job Description

Entry-level position offering hands-on experience across multiple aspects of legal operations, including contract management, corporate administration, and process optimisation. Opportunity to grow within a global, tech-driven company.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities
  • Assist in entity and corporate management tasks
  • Maintain and optimise contract and document management processes
  • Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly organised, communicative, and tech-savvy (or willing to learn about legal tech solutions)
  • Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management
  • Good at creative problem-solving and thinking outside of the box
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools

Nice to have

  • At least one other language: Spanish, Portuguese or French
  • Experience with AI software, Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software
