The Legal Operations Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing scalable processes, and aligning the legal department’s operations with broader business objectives. This role involves overseeing the range of functions performed by the Legal Operations team and managing team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations or a similar role

  • professionally fluent in English
  • another language is a plus (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, or Korean)

  • Review and comment on contracts, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, work orders, contract amendments, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Manage tracking of key contracts and related terms, including non-standard contract provisions for easy access
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management system, developing, populating, and managing the legal contract database
  • Perform due diligence for M&A transactions with team of functional leaders
  • Manage claims process and litigation tracking, including related document management
  • Maintain company permits, including general contractor and environmental permits
  • Assist with researching legal topics on an as-needed basis, including employment matters.
