We are looking for an analytical and self-directed Legal Operations Manager – Paralegal to support the development of a centralized process for managing vendor-related requests from hospitals and state institutions in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will focus on improving how information is collected, organized, and reused across legal operations workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal partners to streamline recurring requests, establish practical resources, and contribute to additional legal operations initiatives as priorities evolve.
Job Responsibility
Design and maintain a centralized repository that captures key information needed to respond to vendor-related inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to gather, organize, and refine data so it can be reused consistently across future requests
Establish structured workflows that improve turnaround times and support a more scalable approach to legal operations tasks
Create practical templates, reference materials, and process tools that minimize repetitive outreach and duplicate effort
Review existing request patterns to identify opportunities for standardization, stronger documentation, and operational efficiency
Manage assigned legal operations and paralegal projects independently while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines
Support ongoing process enhancements as business needs change, including related administrative or operational legal initiatives when needed
Requirements
Prior experience in legal operations, paralegal work, compliance, contract administration, or a closely related function is preferred
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate information, recognize patterns, and recommend practical improvements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation, workflows, and multiple concurrent tasks
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results with limited day-to-day supervision
Clear communication skills with experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with corporate legal management systems is beneficial, and experience with Pramata is a plus
Background knowledge in regulatory environments or healthcare settings is helpful but not required
Experience supporting scheduling, calendar coordination, or docket-related tracking is advantageous
