Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing legal firm, is on the lookout for a dedicated Office Manager to join their vibrant team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone, ideally with managerial experience, who is eager to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking firm.
Job Responsibility:
Diary management, general management of the office, assisting with stationary supplies
Assisting with client enquiries such as onboarding formalities and AML checks
File Management
Perform legal cashier duties, supporting with billing including some credit control and budgeting
Supporting with BD initiatives, liaising with the marketing and social media consultants and attending networking events
Inductions, employment contracts, assisting with recruitment, staff performance and assisting in 1-2-1's
Assisting with internal and outsourced IT service providers to ensure all is in working order, assist with IT updates and assist with case management system workflows
Requirements:
Experience within this type of role or similar
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
A self-motivated attitude, with basic project management skills
