We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to partner strategically with Aramark’s General Counsel and legal leadership team. This unique role combines high-level administrative expertise with advanced communication and marketing skills, ensuring our legal priorities are represented with clarity and impact. Job Responsibility

  • Create polished internal and external communications that reflect Aramark’s brand and legal priorities
  • Develop engaging, customized presentations and messaging that inform, inspire, and support growth initiatives
  • Craft compelling messages that showcase legal capabilities and strengthen partnerships
  • Coordinate legal networking and outreach events, including planning, logistics, and execution
  • Organize team meetings including weekly leadership team meetings, quarterly town halls, and other events to keep the team connected and inspired
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and events for the General Counsel and legal leadership team
  • Lead and track legal projects, ensuring ontime deadlines and deliverables
  • Prepare reports and presentations using advanced MS Office skills
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address priorities to ensure well run logistics and operations
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events—handle agendas, conference rooms, materials, and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel and manage expense reporting for legal executives
  • Manage sensitive legal information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Act as a professional, approachable point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and media

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, preferred (High School Diploma required)
  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, and administrative support (legal experience a plus)
  • Experience in creating engaging marketing materials and presentations is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research, ability to leverage MS CoPilot or experience with other AI Tools preferred
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while staying organized and flexible
  • Willingness to learn and travel as needed
