A renowned international law firm with over 35 offices globally covering practices including Banking & Finance, Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the due diligence process for HK and US IPOs
  • Oversee the verification process for prospectuses to ensure compliance with HKEX and relevant US securities
  • Provide support on Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions, including deal structuring, document management, and closing procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Law
  • 2+ years of legal experience from reputable law firms in Corporate, IPO, M&A, private equity or capital market
  • Fluent in Mandarin (read and write)

Nice to have:

candidates with NY bar qualifications will be preferred
