Be a legal resource for entity management, equity workflows, legal operations, and transactional support as we scale operations, close financings, and grow globally

• Progress towards a J.D. and exposure to both corporate law firms and in-house startup environments
• Coursework or interest in private company governance, venture financings, equity administration, California and Delaware corporate laws
• Technical skills with equity platforms (e.g., Carta), virtual data rooms, and contract management tools
• Experience supporting semiconductor or hardware technology companies a plus
• A proactive, collaborative, go-getting team player who values precision, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent practical experience is preferred
