Job Responsibility:
Assist L+M Legal team on a variety of assignments
Attend meetings with L+M counsel
Assist on legal research projects, with supervision
Assist in the preparation for closings of real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, financing, construction, leasing)
Draft correspondence and other memoranda
Help us stay organized
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Pursuing an undergraduate college degree
Interested and highly motivated candidate with a demonstrated interest in community development, affordable housing and/or real estate investment
